At Venastro Jewels, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide premium quality gemstones, jewelry, and spiritual products. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery

To process a return or exchange request, customers must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos/videos
  • Clear explanation of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized jewelry or customized gemstone products
  • Astrology consultation services
  • Used or damaged products after delivery
  • Products damaged due to improper handling
  • Spiritual / ritual items once used
  • Products purchased during special sale or promotional offers

Natural gemstones and crystals may contain natural inclusions, texture variations, or color differences. These are considered natural characteristics and not defects.

3. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

4. Exchange Policy

If the product is approved for exchange:

  • Customers may receive a replacement product of equal value
  • Exchange depends on product availability
  • Shipping charges for exchange may apply depending on the case

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The returned product passes our inspection process
  • The return request is approved by our team

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing time may take:

  • 5–10 business days

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • Incorrect item
  • Missing item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos for quick resolution.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once processing begins.

8. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side
  • Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable
